It was the second time we had visited; the first being in May and were sonimprrssed we hsd to find an opportunity to return. I hsd seafood linguine - fullof calamari, prawns mussels and cod in a rich red wine and tomato sauce. My partner had the chef's special of even bzked skate in a coriander and garlic marinads with sauteed potatoes and salad. Not your usual fish and chip shop! Had planned to have lunch in Whitstable but the fire at the harbour forced a change of plans. Ended up back at Tankerton and had a really wonderful couple of plates of fish and chips at Ossie’s fish and chips. Delicious food and friendly, welcoming hospitality. Highly recommended.

Mum had the skate special & sauté potatoes & it was huge & she said truly deliciousI had cod with leak cream white sauce & chips & it was delicious tooAlways have there cod and chips when I pay him a visit and they never disappoint but this time Ozzy made a suggestion too try this cod dish and it didn’t disappoint.Will back soonAlways worth a visit if your down that way
