Just been into this branch with my autistic partner. After we ordered our sandwiches and to have them cheese and toasted they were both put in oven when came out my partner asked about the cheese as looked different she was spoken to in a rather harsh snotty tone and told it was exactly the same and they didn’t have the American cheese that they usually have and was given no other choice or anything and just asked what salad she wanted. The lady that served us is the manager of the branch and quite honestly how she got the job is beyond me as for a public service role she always seems to have an issue with general public. Once out of the shop my partner took one bite of her sandwich and couldn’t eat it as was nothing like American cheese and the different cheese used made her sandwich taste completely different and for her inedible and had to be binned. The manager should have warned before placing a different cheese onto the sandwich and then giving her no choice. Just as a point I had a different cheese which was not swapped without my knowledge

Horrible Staff… A Lady Served Me It Was Just A Simple Sub I Ordered.. Ask For Salsa An She Mumbled Sayin I Couldve Charged You More For Salsa.. I Said Pardon Me An She Didnt Say Anythin… Wasnt Polite At All.. Didnt Even Warm My Sub Properly… She Just Hated Working ?

Just visited this store and the young lady serving me had AirPods in so could hardly hear me and it showed because not once was I listened to, I asked for a six inch Italian with ham and cheese and then she proceeded to put turkey on, after I told her that I didn’t ask for it she took it off and carelessly chucked it back. Not one bit of customer service was given she was quite rude and she just walked away after I tapped my card, I didn’t feel welcome at all she just sighed whilst taking my payment and then walked off.

Worst subway in the world, management is very poor, service is extremely slow, surprised it’s still open.

Customer service is none existent in this place what a joke

The services at this subway location were truly terrible. I fell ill after consuming food from there, and I strongly believe that they must have served me old or spoiled food. It's really disappointing and I think they should consider closing until they can ensure the quality and freshness of their products.

No greeting

I placed an online order , asked for chicken tikka (I received plain chicken) , i also asked for cheese on both of the subs in my order which i also did NOT receive.Additionally I am unable to contact them to inform them as they do not have a number on the website!! Terrible experience!!!! Horrible meal! Waist of money !

Food was ok. Two young lads working behind the counter didn't look happy to be there. Toilets were disgusting, no toilet roll, no soap and floor a mess. I let them know before I left but could tell it wasn't going to be a priority.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately, it was a very poor subway experience. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. However, the food was very poor, the worst subway I have ever had. Bread was hard and didn't seem remotely fresh and very poor filling quantity. The only good part was the coffee and cookie. Only ate half the sandwich and left hungry. I would usually have complained, but I had an appointment to attend and was in a bit of a rush, hence grabbing a quick sandwich.

Female staff is very rude. She needs to learn how to speak to customers. I love subway but that rude worker put me off it.wont be going here ever again.
