We arrived a little earlier because the weather was so bad at Donington Park for the British Superbikes and we were soaked. What a welcome, Kayleigh let us check in to our room early and about half an hour later turned up with some complimentary sweets and drinks and colouring stuff for the kids. Stayed at the flagstaff hotel for 2 nights with my friend this weekend. Hotel was lovely staff was friendly. Special thanks to Tom in the restaurant...nothing was to much to trouble for him. Tom was busy the whole time we was there and was doing a great job and you are very lucky to have such a great team member.
lovely rooms as usual and free wifi. Stayed Christmas Eve and when i got tin, there was a bar of chocolate and card, loved it though the chocolate didn't last long..Alway like a Premier because of the comfort of the bed too. Staff were great and also next door where i had a breakfast. Staff again very nice and breakfast was great as you ordered what you wanted as in cooked breakfast.. Very happy with stay
