After visiting the Starbucks Grimsby drive through this morning I just wanted to say the the service was exceptional, I was greeted by a young gentleman called Andrew! He was very efficient and was nice to see a smiling face so early in the morning. I will be sure to visit again the next time I’m in the area excellent service.
The coffee is the same old Starbucks fare. The location is in the middle of a shopping centre, so no walls. Feels more like a service station. The chairs and tables are easy to clean rather than comfortable. They don't utilise reusable cups or mugs, but give you a 25p discount before giving you a none recyclable cardboard cup and plastic lid.
OK but why when I go in the morning do I have to start moving chairs and tables out to be able to sit down, it puts me off ,why don't the staff arrange chairs into place etc before opening to public ,it's not very inviting , please do better
