I last stayed here a few years ago and the rooms have had an upgrade! The showers are powerful and the (single) bed was very comfortable. My only quibble was the galvanised box outside my window (Room 5) which must be an automatic aircon or something kicking-off every 15mins and vibrating with a metallic harmonic rattle...all night... Lovely hotel. Super room with comfortable bed, decent bathroom and good wi-fi. Good breakfast served. Comfortable bar aree and a decent eveing meal. Staff very efficient and very helpful. Two outside areas for sitting in added to the quality of the hotel
I stayed overnight with my girlfriend for our anniversary and loved it! The staff are so kind and the hotel is lovely and has lovely gardens.Only criticism really is that the spa bath in our room needed a good clean and the lights in the garden weren't turned on which was enough to make me feel it was slightly overpriced.But other than that, a fantastic hotel.
