The young man that served my wife is a credit to his profession and a few great Ambassador to the Cafe Nero brand. We will be enjoying our coffee here in future when we visit Norwich instead of another well known high street brrand we do have used in the past.
Lovely,helpful and your organisation should nurture these staff at Norwich Town Centre. Obviously, Manning is an issue, but their work ethic is spot on, as well as chatty to customers.

Always love Cafe Nero the staff are always friendly and welcoming even when busy. They are well trained baristas unlike most coffee chains who don't seem to be able to make a latte without either burning the milk or it has the quantity of foam you'd expect on a cappuccino. Always my go to place for a treat and a good coffee can't fault them.
