Great staff with accompanying music and sport. I couldn't recommend the venue more highly. It is the most ideal pub for those who visit on a day or weekend trip while also serving for those who live in the vicinity.
We stayed in the Station Inn for our short break. This is the first time that we have stopped over in Whitby. It was in a good location for the town centre, train station and Endeavour Quay car park. We were greeted on our arrival and shown to our room, full information was given re accessing the building / room out of hours and recommendations were given for breakfast. Excellent live music and real ale .Great friendly staff. Warm welcome, we will return to this lovely little pub next time we visit Whitby. Dog friendly which is a bonus, I think they also have rooms, Cant recommend enough, worth 5 stars all day long,
