Went to the Three Hares for Sunday lunch with three friends. Very warm welcome and pleasant surroundings. Starters (we all had the pate) were very generous portions. We all chose roast beef (again large portions) which came with Yorkshire pudding, mash, and roast potatoes, carrot and parsnip. Our jaws dropped when additional dishes of red and green cabbage, cauliflower cheese, French beans, and sprouts, arrived at the table, with extra gravy! This was an excellent experience , one I would recommend anyone should go out of there way for a wonderful time, food and staff that go out of there way to help and be friendly (we were recommended to you by the premier inn ( BIG HUG

We pre-booked for a party of ten at 1:15 Saturday. Unfortunately three arrived at 2:00. Nevertheless , the food for all ten, in due course was well presented and piping hot. The wide variety of generous dishes were relished by all. Compliments to the chef for the quality of the meals, and the good service, considering the the complication of the late arrivals. This was a special family occasion and the Three Hares did us proud. Thank you very much, I’m sure we will be back.
