I have been using Asda West Bridgford for a five years now and I am basing my review on my long term experiences.A big plus is the choice.The West Bridgford site is huge with two floors.A very big plus for me is the option of scanning on provided handsets as you walk round to save time checking out. Overall a great place, however I left Asda feeling rather shaken. This is because of a young man screaming and shouting on the floor near the ROBLOX gift-cards begging for one whilst his dad dragged him around by his ear. Staff didn’t intervene, I was given the name “Umer Karam” to report.
Love to go to the cafe there. Their main mea is 50% off after 3 o clock. CS is alright. The ladies are friendly. I understand sometime the queue is long, as during lunch time it almost got a full house. The ladies are too busy , taking orders, making and passing food.It seems the Till system could go down at times, so it takes 10 minutes to reboot and begin to take orders again.
