I was here today afternoon and I just wanted to thank the guy from the staff who remade my white hot chocolate drink without a fuss. Really appreciate the gentle gesture ? the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are amazing. Would recommend this Starbucks 5/5 ⭐️

Kind service, quite place but the wifi is so slow and I couldnt share my hotspot because upstairs dont have any signal. Worst place to work omg!!!
My go to Starbucks whenever I’m in the city, I like their wee loft seating upstairs as it feels like a personal den where You can write and enjoy you coffee in peace from the busy locals and shoppers. I think there’s 5-6 tables at max and two outside (depending on weather) although I swear there was a big seating area years

Myself and my parents visited this Starbucks last night and were presented with excellent customer service by a young girl I believe goes by the name of Emma. Emma quickly picked up on the fact my parents are deaf and after providing me with clear and efficient customer service, she went the extra mile to communicate in sign language with my mother and father to say “enjoy and have a good night” this made their trip very special and made them feel appreciated and involved. Would definitely recommend!
