Grace made me feel welcome as she remembered me as a regular after I hadn’t visited the shop for about a year! It was lovely to speak with her and her customer service is always on point! I now actually feel sad I don’t work in Linlithgow anymore. Thanks Grace!From the girl who used to get hash browns every morning. :)
I always fill up here as it's a great location just going onto the major motorways. They sell snacks that are good for travellers, put points on your nectar card, and there are toilets for the weary long distance nomad.

Used to use this station most days but stopped as the older lady is proper grumpy!Had to go in on a Friday and the younger girl was absolutely fantastic! My fuel card was playing up and she done everything she could to get it sorted, the five stars is not for BP but for this girl (sorry don't know her name)
