A big thank you to the kind and considerate staff. We accidentally tipped over a tea and created quite a mess. The staff were great. Replaced the tea, cleared up the mess (I offered to help!), and were very good humoured about it. Truly excellent customer service.
Standard Costa - but with nice seats outside. My iced coffee was sadly lukewarm but I guess service stations are always busy...Anyway, it's a Costa - you'll get what you expect! (It was quite funny to see jubilee muffins etc still in the shop three weeks afterwards - hope they're in date!)
