Myself and Family visited for food yesterday Sunday 23rd March. Stopped here on the way to a night out in Clevedon, knowing it had a good reputation locally. The pub seemed lovely but was just about to change managers so the stocks were very low and there was no way to pay by card. We chatted to the new manager, who seems very eager to change things up and breathe new life into the pub. Looking forward to dropping in again soon.
Called in for Sunday roast, after 3:00 and were lucky there was belly pork left, it was excellent with crackling to die for. A big plus was the variety of vegetables perfectly cooked. The service was very good and of course location overlooking the channel.
