Clearly understaffed and it's vastly affecting the experience and quality. Queue to order food and drinks was very long and there was no one to check in people who haf booked a table. We weren't walked to our table and we waited 28 minutes for food to arrive. The fish pie was amazing with plenty of fish of size and good quality. The creamy mash was great and it was piping hot! The food was nice, used the daytime value menu again which was great. Food came out quick quickly and was really hot and nice. The trouble was, some of the staff were quite unfriendly and not very welcoming. Our waitress was lovely though, very helpful and really nice. Lots of tables dirty and hadn’t been cleared though too. Wouldn’t return

Great place when staying at Premier Inn. Fantastic meal deal for full and continental breakfast and 2 course evening meal with a drink for under 25 quid:)Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and high chairs available. Kids eat free.
