Convenient little resting place with disabled toilets. Only £1 for a tea and bargain cookies. Staff are very polite and helpful. This Hillsborough branch their tea is cheaper than subway near the coach waiting area at Meadowhall shopping centre
Pleasure to use this branch. Always a warm welcome, staff friendly and nothing to much trouble. In an area where coffee shops are many, Gregg's is tops. Thank you Hillsborough Gregg's xx

Asked and was charged for a bake and hot drink but th serving tried giving me a sausage roll instead (cheaper that what I paid). I was also charged for a bag but was then told they didn't have any. My hot drink wasn't even full, at least 2 inch of drink missing and my bake was cold even though it is supposedly freshly cooked and put under a heater ?
