Great customer service from a lady called Audrey today. I had lots of parcels to collect and as some orders were split into 2 parcels, she spent lots of time making sure that everything was correct. Asda was my favourite store until this morning I can mostly get all I need there when I can get served, professional & friendly staff. Problem this morning not enough people on checkouts queuing down the isle. I will not use those self checkout (if I wanted a job I would have applied) why would we want to serve ourselves Great clothes, loads of parking space. I've given it only three stars because of the checkout issues, there's rarely more than one on an ordinary checkout so you either have to scan, which I would recommend or self checkouts of which there are two types, trolley or basket, I absolutely hate self checkouts because you ALWAYS need help from an assistant so I avoid them like the plague.
