Went to Yakitori#1 with friends and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented - the chicken is halal. The atmosphere was lively yet chilled, and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely a place I’d go back to.

Incredibly impolite staff. While the restaurant still has plenty of tables empty, the staff kept on pressuring us to finish and return the table by collecting our dishes and giving us the bills without us asking. Food was nice to be fair but this female staff's attitude has made our experience unpleasant.

A beautiful hotel in a central location with friendly, helpful staff.
We were seated quickly, drinks were offered shortly after, and food orders were taken just after delivery of the drinks.
Very quick service time for food and drink, staff were friendly and efficient.
Food and drink were lovely and reasonably priced for the quantity and quality.

Went to Yakitori1 for lunch before Book of Mormon at the Millennium Centre.
Really excellent food and service.
We had the Robata Nigiri Surf n Turf, the flamed Nigiri special, Dragon roll and Kaarage chicken noodles. All were delicious although we both felt the Surf n Turf Nigiri was nice but didn't warrant the price.
Overall paid £90 for the food and two beers.
Would definitely go here again when on Cardiff Bay

First time coming around to Cardiff and wanted some sushi. We searched and this restaurant appeared and it was the greatest experience! A bit more pricey but the quality matches the price! I didn't eat everything from the menu but I would recommend anything from it! And the yuzu drink was amazing!

Most of the food is good and some of the food is bland and the service is good, went there yesterday for lunch and the Tiger prawn cha Han was great it would be great if they can put in more prawns in, in that area it would be good if there was free parking but you have to pay.
