Placed the order 5:25 took until 7:05 for someone to answer the phone!!!!!! Calling for 45 minutes to find out where on earth our order was as it had disappeared from the app too!!!! Young girl answered and said there was an issue and had to be cooked again! Ok that’s fine mistakes happen but at least have the thought of “maybe we should tell the customer” and to just not bother answering the phone for over 45 minutes of me constantly calling! Luck they answered when they did as I was just getting dressed to get a taxi to the place to see what on earth is going on!!!! And the pizza order was wrong! But by the time it arrived I couldn’t be bothered at this point!!!!!! Absolutely abysmal!!!!!

Ordered a meal online and twice the tracker has updated to a later delivery time. Now it's saying it can't track my order. Tried to ring them numerous times but no answer and the phone just goes dead. Very poor service so far.
We accidentally ordered for collection when we wanted our food delivered. I rung the Hut, they were very helpful and arranged for it to be delivered.

The best deep pan dough in Newport. Always crispy outside and fluffy inside. Staff is friendly. Pizza is always done under 15 min on collection.
