I visited the Rhyl Location about 4 time since COVID lock down was lifted , twice the chicken smelt burnt and tasted terrible due to the strong smell of the burn, I had stopped buying there in early 2020 because the chicken was really dark and did not look right but I am disappointed tonight as my chicken looks burnt and smells burnt and I feel if someone can take their hard earned money to buy your food it should be done to the best for the customers, we follow the regulations...read full review
Just been for meal for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren. The 8 pieces of chicken were extremely overcooked and dry - awful. Paid for sweetcorn but not received so not happy Wont be going there again and wont be recommending it either!!
The KFC in Rhyl is clean and tidy. Some rubbish under and on the table left by previous dinners was quickly removed by enthusiastic staff. The food for all the family was of a good standard.
