This particular branch of Costa was the cleanest I have ever been in.As soon as anybody left a table it was thoroughly cleaned, not just given a cursory wipe over.Well done to the staff.
I love sitting in this particular Costa, in the centre of the old town in Ruthin. Ok, it's a chain coffee store, and the menu is the menu. But two things make it a treat. One is the staff and the way it's run. The team who have the franchise are always so happy! All of the staff seem genuinely to be having a good day. Every day. Started Popping into the branch more often recently. Staff are always pleasant and enjoy a bit of banter and conversation with each otherVery Popular branch with Locals and passers by. Tidy and well kept. No issues with the layout etc.
