Ive NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THERE FOOD A1 FRIENDLY STAFF AND SERVICE food is great dont no what people are moaning about i dont live in Rugby i libe in the Midlands and i travel to get food from there ignore ppl that moan try it for ya self well done staff

this used to be my fav place to go, just had a big bite off my FAV FLAVOUR burger .. at 1st i thought maybe they have heated up the bun too much on the edges,, but no i can tell its fully stale bread:( SO i threw away the bread and then got to the fries.. some of them were fresh nice but over half of my fries were old and chewy .some darker than others..no good ! unfortunatly this has lead me to leave this review :(
