Had a discount with Uber and chose Big Johns thinking it was the Garrison Lane branch. It wasn’t, it was the chelmsley wood one. Food is not as good as the Bordesley branch. Chips I ordered for a family member were quite poor. I ordered a full peri peri chicken and the leg piece was very slimy as the below photo shows, it was full of fat. The breast piece wasn’t too bad.

I love the Lawley Middleway Big Johns and I only ordered from this one because I had a voucher. Chips were cold and pizza was undercooked and I found 2 long grey curly hairs embedded in it -put me off my food and I ended up having to chuck all of it away. Big Johns is usually my go to takeaway but this has put me off the franchise altogether I’d rather just pay more to not have to experience this ever again.

A ok fast food menu. But I'll never go again because they only do Cold drinks. With a greasy meal Cold drinks are disgusting. Not offering Coffee or Tea is just LAZY. Next time I'll drive to a McDonalds.

I and my children went to buy pizza In Big John's located in the chemsley Wood area of Birmingham. Cook Lane, l don't normally eat pizza, but trust, this is one of the best pizzas l have ever tasted. sweet and rich pizza like this. And guess what? It's not even expensive we couldn't finish it. ??? kudos to the guy that made ours!!!. I will definitely come again. I wanted to give a ? ????starts, but l was disappointed with the washroom, the tap ? wasn't working properly. Apart from that you guys are awesome PIZZA ? MAKER ?
