Came today was absolutely terrible place was a mess cardboard all on the floors in the Isles empty cardboard all on shelves water on floors up every Isle never seen a super market look so messy
Used the Merryhill store last night and only two checkouts with staff.This forces those that don’t really want to use the self-service into doing so.Then the CEO will crow that numbers show that self-service is most popular and reduce the normal staff service to customers. Just so wrong.

I can't fault the store itself, it's one of the staff in particular who always there when I'm shopping and all he does is moan because customers put things back in the wrong place, yesterday he was telling a colleague that he was going to ask security to have a look at the cctv to see who had left an empty packet on the shelves. Jobsworth or whatLet's hope he's not on security or there will be no customers.
