Such a good restaurant. Nice decor and staff were great. Glad I booked because one of waiters said they were fully booked & it got busy quite fast. Couldn’t fault anything. Chicken wings & bhagis to start, very nice. Lamb Agan Jali bright to the table & flambé with brandy,very fancy but so tasty the meat was so soft. King prawn Deshi totally different but really flavourful & not stingy with the prawns. If we’re ever in Holmfirth again we will definitely be back 4 popadoms...read full review
After a pretty stressful journey, we went into Shimla, we'd read online about it and it did not disappoint...service so friendly, food delicious, thank you... hope to visit again soon.

Popped in here for a quick evening meal after a long day on the road. Service was great and food served very quickly. Really enjoyed the food which turned out to be one of the cheapest meals we'd had in a long time. Holmfirth is full of trendy looking eateries with quite high prices. Shimlas probably doesn't fit into this category but I'd much rather eat here.
