Enjoyed the vibe, however we had 3 different glasses, all with some black bits stuck to the inside of the glass. They were hardened on. Need to be cleaned properly.

This place is amazing. We really enjoyed the cocktails and the food. We also had a out of the way seat, so it was a bit private. The staff were also amazing and so so so friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Quiet little bar/pub by the docks. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace upstairs for a drink. Particularly nice when it's raining and you're sat under the roofed area watching the rain hit the water.

We popped in for Sunday lunch. Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Food was 10/10, mac & cheese balls were so good! Sat overlooking the dock. Great relaxing music on. Very relaxing. Highly recommend.

So badly organised / run Queued for absolutely ages to get drinks, when I came back downstairs to order food they said they aren't doing food anymore....cheers for mentioning that before we bought the drinks....the one guy behind the bar was really friendly and clearly a bit embarrassed, the taller guy (possibly supervisor, tall with piercings) didn't seem to care at all, his attitude was shocking.
Complete waste of time visiting here

I was there only for drinks, and I really enjoyed my time there, it was a quiet and peaceful place and you have a beautiful view of leeds dock.
Booked Canary Bar for our staff party ? They were very accommodating with all our requests and fast communication. We loved the venue as it was just right for the amount of people we had. They prepared a Microphone for us and also helped us set up our DJ decks. Ollie and Marni were the best bartenders we could ever wish for, fast service and super helpful! The drinks tokens got us double drinks and cocktails which is SO rare to find at any other venues! Joe and Jake did a fantastic job on the food and remembered all of our food requirements! I couldn’t be happier with Morgan who helped me organise everything. The night went smooth and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time thanks to the wonderful staff who made this all happen! Would definitely recommend booking here! I will again :)

Had a lovely experience here dockside, great views out over the water on a hot day. Service was fast and servers were attentive. One of the managers, Kieran, provided us with table service and brought the food over which tasted lovely. Will be coming back.

The Canary is honestly so overrated - and worst of all the staff are so rude!!! Went in for lunch, was given very disgusted/rude looks upon entry. Then when I asked if lunch was on due to the attitude of the staff members, they just answered "yes" rudely and gave me 0 details as to how things worked there (I.e. table service, order at the bar, etc). There was no menus on any tables. Finally when we came down to order food/drinks, I had to get my own menu as the rude staff striked again, telling me to get my own! Tall big guy with black short hair glasses and a black short beard was the one who served us. Then there were another 2 young girls. The location is lovely and I hoped for a nice lunch. The food is decent but overpriced. Such a shame about the rude staff who's one job is 'hospitality', yet they failed at even that. It would be a much nicer place if the staff could conduct themselves properly.
