This place never opens on time, when it did open 13 mins late, no hot food was available for another 5 mins, time keeping is a big issue here

what can i say shoplifters in there then the staff are rude ive spoken to the staff from the customer service and they were just a rude i had food poising and caused me to be ill the customer service center are quite unprofessional when talk to them they over

Visited this branch today. I sat inside as it was raining. 2 pigeons were running around inside. The floor was filthy and under the fridges I viewed so much food debris it is a wonder that this branch is allowed to serve food. I took photos and sent them to head office The public deserve clean places to eat in, or perhaps nobody has standards

Never open on time, always running out of breakfast and customer service ok at best. It's still better then the one around the corner on a good note.
Apparently opens at 07:30 so arrived around 07:35 to grab a coffee before catching the bus and shutters were closed. Waited till 07:50 and the shutters were still down.Not a good start to Monday.

I have never been asked in any Greggs during breakfast period if I was eating in or taking away, same as today when my other half paid for two breakfast rolls & 2 lattes. I sat down when a table became free & there was no one in front of us at this time. A lady I believe to be the manager came over & had a real go at me & said I should have asked first. I explained this is not how the other Greggs in the Harpur Centre operates & she said they should be asking.I also work in customer service & this is not the way to treat customers.Bring back Cass, the best Manager, Gregg's ever had!

Went there this morning to grab breakfast and they stated they opened at 7am, I had to go to subway because the opened late with two other customers, a bit disappointed as I go to Greggs’ all the time oh well
