“This place is a real hidden gem in Manchester! The spicy sambal with the Nasi Lemak was absolutely delicious, MVP of the meal. The Pad See Ew and green curry were also incredibly authentic and full of flavour.“

“Lot 11 is a lovely spot for a coffee or a bite to eat in wrexham. Light and airy, and tastefully decorated. The staff are friendly and the range of food and drinks is excellent. Their own blend of Crosby coffee is delicious. They quite often have special events, like wine tasting in an evening. They also offer afternoon tea which needs pre-ordering and can be eaten in or taken away (£20 pp eat in £15 pp take away).
It's more detail but worth mentioning. Their toilet facilities are clean and modern. So often in cafes, this area can be overlooked.
Seating outside is available.“

“We booked Liquid Mobile Bar to host a smoothie wellness day at our central London office.
Keshell's service was outstanding - she provided 135 drinks for our employees at a very reasonable price, all the smoothies and juices were freshly made, healthy and delicious.
She was very friendly and engaged excellently with all our staff we couldn't recommend her service highly enough to anyone looking to host a corporate event.
Will definitely use the service again!“

“After our pie and chips at the Plough we went for a walk and ended up in Igtham. We popped into the George and Dragon for a swift half of Shepherd Neames famous Masterbrew as we needed the toilet.

The facade of the pub looks great, and the beer too was good, however Sheppard neame seem to have removed any character from the inside and it could have been anywhere. The staff were playing cards at a table and over all it was soullness.
This is complete contrast to the Plough, which was welcoming, and friendly.
The homemade pies were terrific and the beer was good.

“Oh my good Lord, this is one of the best if not the best place I’ve been dining myself in whole life (and I’m talking from perspective of person who worked in hospitality for 12 years). Food is top, serve in brilliant way, extremely tasty and portions are just ideal - not too big not to small. Service is brilliant - that’s one of them places where you just want to come back! “Popped in for lunch after a lovely dog walk along the river. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We chose two courses from the lunch menu which was absolutely divine. I would recommend the food as it was first class. Will be coming again soon.“

The food is unexpected - flavourful, unique and you can tell there’s passion in the cooking. The fried okra was unreal, particularly with the sauce. I also loved the masala dosa. Ekta delivered great service and was attentive and friendly.

“We booked a table yesterday at Victors Hale and what a beautiful experience we had from start to finish. The booking on line was straightforward to the man greeting& opening the door. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who offered us three tables to sit at we chose the high stools in the middle to see everyone around us. The atmosphere was calm with lovely music in the background. We ordered two plates of lovely food great portions and a cocktail which were lush. The service was excellent by all accounts and we had Scarlett serving us she was adorable and so friendly always checking we were ok which was nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant the decor is so pretty and calm and choice of food and drinks are great and also the lovely friendly staff.. Thank you for such a lovely visit. “Called in at lunch on the 10th June, 2026 with an old school chum from years ago and went upstairs for Fish and Chips, best we have had for years, magnificent, just like fish and chips should be cooked to perfection all with good old fashioned service.“

“We bought fish and chips. The serive was good although it is cash only. The food was nice but the batter on the fish was slightly odd possibly from the batter no being thoroughly mixed before being us to batter the fish. The sauce portion tasted nice as were the chips“

“This evening I popped into Mayan's Fusion Cooking and had Cameroonian ogbono soup with athieke originally from the Ivory Coast which hit the spot. Ogbono is made with meat, okra, and ground wild mango seeds and has the consistency of okra mostly, which for me is like experiencing an altogether new food type. Athieke made from grated fermented cassava is low glycemic (slow release) and much better for us healthwise than high glycemic carbs. It is like the gluten free love child of couscous and gari. Amazing!!!“
