This was the 3rd KFC in Bedford we tried to find Krushers but the machine was broken. We don't have krushers in Australia so was very excited.

They don't even deserve one star. Terrible experience. Food was not fresh. Fries were soggy. Tasteless meal. I felt nauseous afterwards. Indeed it was wastage of money. Staff was fighting with each other in abusive language. They seem illiterate and arrogant people. Really i am disappointed.

Wish I could give zero. Food is really bad.The whole staff is cursing & arguing in Urdu or Punjabi with each other. Its really difficult to eat at the site. They should close this franchise branch. They are ruining KFC reputation.

Very bad hospitality i ever had after been to so many KFC in UK. We are from Oxford. We visiting Bedford for special appointments. We chose KFC as we love it when feel starving. Unfortunately there was two ladies busy with the phone.. without any greeting when we tried to order the pakistany ladies show her rude face and treat us like we are here to borrow her money.. so disappointed.

What a dump! Seriously!! Popped in to grab a bite before a concert with KFC being a brand you can rely on… The service is just dreadful. The staff have no interest in taking your order or to provide you with food. I literally never felt so much in the way! The place is very-very dirty. Sticky, smelly and depressing. We had some of our food, binned the rest and decided to leave. Never to come back!

Personally i feel giving 1 star is too much. Food is the worst. Feels like they are serving the customers left over food. The staff are so arrogant. I suggest not to visit this kfc.
