I only gave a 1 because I couldn't put a zero! 7 pm last night I was with my disabled friend they had obviously cleaned the loos and locked them for the night...refused my friend the use of them only for her to end up peeing out the back behind a Bush...not our problem was the answer! I had to literally pick her up from the floor.. Disgusting..ill be contacting Burger King

While the petrol station itself is OK the rest is a disgusting shambles.The surface of the moon has smaller craters in it, the potholes in the parking area are shocking I'm sure you could actually loose a small car in some of them.As for Greg's / Burger King I'd be surprised if it has more than 1 star in the hygiene ratings. The toilets are disgusting with only one cubicle having a lock, pools of water(?) On thefloor, "stains" that have been on the walls since before Christmas, luke warm water, soap dispensers that are empty 80% of the time and a hand dryer that's worked once this year.If environmental health turned up the place would be condemned!

Typical Euro Garages mess - huge potholes in the carpark, confusing access layout, dirty toilets, hand-dryer not working and cashpoint not working. You risk a fine if you park on the Travel-lodge carpark. Avoid unless desperate.

******DO NOT GO IN HERE IN A HGV.******* THE CANOPY IS ONLY 4.2M AND THERE IS NO HGV PUMPS. This is not a services and should not be sign posted as one. Absolute joke. The only sign is a sign as you come off the roundabout once you have entered the facilities. If you are unfortunate (or maybe stupid) enough like me to get caught in here then prey it's not busy. Shell, please sort this place out.

I've been to shell couple of times and I had a wonderful experience. I've met most of the staff in shell and everyone has been very kind to me. They all deserve a lot of respect for the love and care they give us. A guy named savin who's always smiling and seemed welcoming with whole heartedly was very interesting thing you will find in that store. Loads of love to you guys for such brilliant job you do ?

Very bad experience on this day 08/05/23 at 09h40 pm: The Lady named Tracy who was on a late shift refused without any reason to serve me by locking the pomp by which I was parked when I was about to fill my tank while another customer was allowed to fill his. I had to drive to the nearest bp station which is about 10 mins away to buy fuel. I must say I felt so discriminated and disappointed. Such acts should not be tolerated and must be sunctionned.

Young male chubby clerk decides to rudely tell me that I should’ve come in and checked first when on all apps they’re advertised as accepting fuelGenie. Might be my mistake with the difference between fuelGenie cards and where they’re accepted. But what an absolute pathetic coward as he could only say it as I was leaving the store as well.

Standard petrol station. The adjoining block of shops was disappointing. Spar permanently closed despite the advertusung signs. Greggs closed when it should normally be open, toilets and seating area dirty. Disappointing.
Not much to say about this place. Does what’s it’s meant to do. It’s open 24 hours.

My tyre pressure warning light came on and I pulled in to this station, I was worried as I had no change on me and they don't do cashback. I explained my dilemma to the woman at the till, who asked the staff manager and he was nice enough to give me 50p from his pocket. I really appreciated it.
