Shop was empty and the man serving me was rushing me to place order before I reached the counter, he was rushing my choice of fillings, didnt ask about salad extras fillings, the snack cabinet is always empty. He was eager for me to pay and leave, this is not the first time, that this guy is more interested with phone, and doing nothing, rather than good customer service.

They are trying to con customers. I received an email from Subway to say i can have a footlong sub for 3.99. The offer ends tomorrow. I went in the store, i showed the email before ordering, they were happy with it. When it came to paying, the manager says the system does no accept the 3.99 offer because it doesnt start until tomorrow. i advised him, the offer ends tomorrow which is clearly stated on email from Subway. Either way, i refused to pay the full price and the manager did not even give me the subway. Wasted 10 minutes of my time in the queue, he thought i would just pay the full price, which obviously i didnt but sadly customer before me did.

What a horrible service for the 1st time ordering online myself without the help of my sister.1. I ordered Nacho Chicken - nothing inside such as vegetables.2. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki - nothing inside such as vegetables.3. I ordered Plant Patty - again nothing inside such as vegetables.I was kinda shocked because in the images displayed I thought that it comprised everything with veggies but no, I received plain meats that's it. The wraps were cold as a refrigerator.But it's fine, I wasted £27.26 and luckily it's not even my own money so it's all good. But with my own money will never order again, neither with someone's money and probably won't get a refund after this review again.I'm very upset such a terrible service. I've to give 1 star. And delivery is expensive to begin with.

I visited this for a lunch with a friend. Initially I was told that the Veggie Delux only had lettuce and tomatoes in - so I waited until the other assistant was available as she seemed to know what she was doing! The roll itself was ok - the small amount of cheese was tasteless but plenty of salad in it. However every seat and table we went to sit at was dirty- with food crumbs. When I go to eat out I dont expect to have to clean the table/chair before I can sit down. As there were only 2 servers and a some people waiting to be served I didnt feel I could ask for the table/chairs to be cleaned.

First time going to Subway in this place. It is impossible I could not know this place. It tasted good! I had to ask my mother and sister what they thought and they said they have enjoyed it. I can select more foods and other things in it. It was well prepared, no rush, friendly workers and attentive to our instructions.Not very expensive at all for £22. I was expecting to be more since in town it costs a lot. I'll go again and I would rank this at 2nd place after McDonalds, plus when I ate I wasn't full. It is a soft fast food I can enjoy. You got 4 stars from me because it's my first time but when I keep coming I may give it to 5 stars.Well Done!
