Rooms: Lovely family room warm homely, only problem is room didn't provide sanitary bags which they should do for the female side of thingsFood & drinks: Food was lovely we had dinner pudding and breakfast, and it was really nice and plentiful

Stayed on business. Service not so good. Looking very tired. Breakfast needs a complete change from waiter lying on the couch until he needed to do anything. Breakfast itself was rubbish. Eggs done in old all, sending eggs brown. Nor hot and poor quality.Rooms: Usual standardNearby activities: NoneFood & drinks: Not good

The accessible room we booked was not great, bed was small, mattress too soft, toilet seat broken, shower curtain that didn't reach bath, so bathroom got flooded and sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly.Nearby activities: Great location for visiting Whipsnade Zoo!

Unhelpful staff and the worst is they will send you for breakfast at the pub next door which is awful even if you are the only customer.

This is an old location so don't expect it to be totally modern and attractive to look at. However the reason I gave it 5 stars was due to location close to Dunstable and Caddington, the service because the staff treat their customers with care and were all helpful and nice, cannot fault the service we received. The rooms were clean the bathroom had lovely hot water the entire 4 days we stayed there as well Bayliss shower wash. The room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the countryside too. Another valid and important reason I gave it so many stars was because unlike nearly every other Premier Inn the parking at this location is ? free!! I will without hesitation stay here again... It's a totally affordable location... Win win ❣️Almost forgot to mention the food next door at the Horse & Jokey restaurant is good ?Food & drinks: The Horse & Jokey located on the grounds of the hotel is a Table Table pub serving good quality budget food. I had a good classic dish and a greenThai veggie curry which tasted amazingly delicious ? I can't stop thinking about eating it again!

Visited with a friend on a trip to Whipsnade Zoo. A very calm and peaceful hotel 5 minutes from the Zoo, and close to local services, the Motorways and Luton Airport.Everything was as expected from Premier Inn, and everything was very typical of the brand. Including the room layout/design and the accompanying Pub/Restaurant on the same site.Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. It also benefits from a free car park. It seems to be popular with trades people during the week.Beware that this is located in a rural location, so you will need a car to get to it or to nearby services. I feel parking could be better managed as there were quite a few badly parked vehicles in the car park.
