Amazingly little resto in cranfield. One of the better curries I have tried. Naan bread is delicious and the curry perfectly spiced.

Shocking service and rude arrogant

Absolutely disgusted at the service or lack off.Waited over 20 mins for someone to come to our table to take a drinks order, then take a further 20 mins to complete drinks order. Then waited over hour for food, served half of it and came out warmish.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Went to Cranfield Spice last night with 9 friends, we got there at 7:00pm as booked, and it was 9:00pm when we finally got our mains. Whilst we appreciate it was busy, the issue was the manager seemed to think this was totally acceptable. We are all regulars to this restaurant, but unfortunately we will not be returning out of principle. Well done Cranfield Spice ?

The food was really good. We were a table of 9 for a birthday party and had a 7pm booking. We didn't get our main meals until 9.45. We asked to see the manager regarding the delay and were told that it was normal to wait that long as they had on line orders which took priority. They didn't offer any discount or apology. Znager wasn't bothered and really rude. Won't be going again.

Tried many curry houses in the past but nothing tops this place. We live a walking distance from the gurkha kitchen but we’d rather make the car journey to dine in here due to the food being outstanding. Unique dishes that’s filled with flavour. The chefs special was my choice for the evening and it really is special. It consists of a tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, lamb tikka and seekh kebab all cooked in a flavoursome sauce. Really is worth the price. Highly recommend this place and will for sure return with more people!Kid-friendliness: lovely staff

Family run business, Dad is Chef and food is amazing, portions are superb. Son runs front of house and the service was second to none. We couldn't get an Uber so the Son was doing a delivery and gave us a lift back to our hotel, wouldn't take any money for the journey, a true gentleman.

Went in yesterday for the first time as i was recommended by my friend and the food was absolutely wonderful. I tried their signature dish cranfield special and the flavours were great! will definitely return with a few mates. the staff were also polite and helpful.Update- returned with a couple of my friends and loved the dining in experience. Also one of my friends had some dietary restrictions and the staff were able to cater to her needs. I ordered the cranfield special again because it genuinely is one of the best dishes i’ve tried!Vegetarian options: variety of vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: polite staffParking: open space in front

(Updated) Possibly the worst Indian takeaway I have ever experienced. Aside from arriving very late ( this is understandable). The food was absolutely horrible and badly prepared. You know those restaurants that recycle their food from past dishes and then add loads of sugar to mask the old taste. This is one of them. Avoid!Updated* in reply to the business owner attempt to dismiss this review, it would be best to focus your effort on cooking the recipes you offer correctly and not recycle foods from other dishes that are on their way out. I’m very aware what Pasanda is and what it should taste like.. yours unfortunately was nothing but a poor attempt at using leftovers to create a monstrosity.. possibly due to it being later in the evening..

We are visiting family in Cranfield and decided to treat ourselves to an Indian meal. We couldn't be happier with our choice of takeaway! The food was really fresh and tasty.I am sure we will be ordering again before we go home to Scotland, to try out a different curry, and a different rice, but will be ordering the naan, poppadoms, onion chutney, and bhajis again! They have a really good selection of curries and rice, and the portion sizes are good for the price, so we can't wait to try more! The delivery driver was very friendly and polite too.

The food at Cranfield Spice is top-notch. Fresh, flavourful and fantastic.Highly recommend the Lamb Briyani as the lamb is cooked perfectly soft with, a good lamb-to-rice ratio. They also include a veg curry to go with your Briyani, which, when I first ordered was a pleasant and welcomed surprise.Overall, quality Indian food at a good price, a must try when in the village!
