I wanted to thank all the staff at Asda in Dunstable for the tremendous help that they gave me. I had hypoglycemia at their store not long ago. The staff there went above and beyond to look after me and to make sure I was safe and fit enough before I left the store. I cannot thank them enough because the care that they gave me was enough to make sure that i recovered enough to go home. Before anyone says that i should have gone to hospital, I refused as i knew that i would be o.k but they did call the ambulance service and i spoke to them and said i would be fine.A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT ASDA DUNSTABLE xx

This place is a joke and run by morons who all need to be fired immediately.Every single time we use scan&go, It is constantly asking us to verify what's in the trolley. Every visit we make. At one point, We had to empty the entire trolley and the Assistant got it wrong after scanning all times, We had to get a refund from another area. Then again, There is hardly an assistant around.Quite often, Shelves are empty with boxes unopened up top.Asda - If you respond, I don't care about your apologies, Don't bother responding.

This Asda hire a third party parking company to commit criminal activities on you. (Horizon Parking Ltd 7748407).Asda will state they are not responsible for this third party company but Horizon Parking is their supplier/customer and therefore part of this activity. NO matter what ASDA say!Horizon Parking Ltd will send you a parking charge if you park in the carpark (that is labelled ASDA) and they will make you prove your innocents to get this charge removed. (People are innocent till proven guilty). They will unlawfully obtain your personal information even though you haven't done anything wrong. They will unlawfully demand money of you and harass you if not paid. They will create you a lot of work resolving issues that wasn't there to start with. This behaviour is Fraud, malicious communications, harassment and a breach of the data protection act. These are Crimes in England.I am stating Asda is guilty of this by association!I would suggest you avoid this Asda and Carpark and possibly go to somewhere like Tesco who look after their customers. All this behaviour has made me lose money/time and given me harassment alarm and distress!I'm sure I'm not the only person this is being done to at this establishment!

Prices are expensive on gluten free but where isn't now days and if you want to return something don't go before 8 am, but if want to buy cancer sticks and lotto they will bend over backwards for you. The staff are rude and they treated me like I should have known that they you have to wait until 8 am to get a refund

My elderly father asked if I would take him to your store.. He has limited vision and needs a wheelchair, but still likes to shop for himself when possible.. Having finally found a trolley for wheelchairs, within our first few metres of being in the store we were almost taken out by a young girl pushing an online order trolley, looking at her screen with no sense of awareness..Our shopping expedition went pretty well, my father likes your eggs and a couple of other items.. A week later I was sent a fine for over staying in the car park.. We only bought a few things less than £50, I think.. But due to the having to get the wheelchair out of the car set it up, get him settled push it around the store, the slowness of my father’s shopping, and then doing it all again on the return to the car it obviously took some time.. It said we had been in the car park for more than an hour, which is very possible due to the nature of our visit, but we would only have been in the store for less than this!!! I am very annoyed at receiving this and will not be shopping at your store again, especially when there are many other and better stores nearby who do not punish us for parking and taking time for the elderly to shop..I’m sure I can find better eggs elsewhere!!! Your loss??

Disgraceful...was made to queue up for 15mins to register my blue badge to be told I had to go back to my car and get it and wouldhave to queue up again andthen take my badge back before i could go shopping. The lady behind the counter was very rude, shrugged her shoulders . I've never had to do this in any other asda. By the time I queued up the 2nd time I was in so much pain I had to leave

A nice big store with pretty much everything you want or need. The clothing department for women feels pretty limited, not a great range of size options. As for prices, pretty reasonable.

Since installation of those refrigerated cabinets throughout the Dunstable store I have stopped shopping there. I find them an inconvenient barrier to shopping. Here are the results of a survey reported on by the grocery trade journal -“49.1% of respondents believed it would be “very inconvenient” or “inconvenient” to open glass doors to browse merchandise or make a purchase. Similarly, 42.5% of customers said it would be “very difficult” or “difficult” to open glass doors whilst holding a shopping basket or trolley. Surprisingly, this figure rose to 55.8% amongst shoppers under the age of 40.29.3% of those questioned regarded glass doors as a barrier to shopping and 29.9% of respondents answered that they would be less likely to shop from a refrigerated cabinet with glass doors, whilst 61.7% didn’t know. 43% of customers stated that they shop from glass door cabinets, including frozen food cases, only once a month or less frequently.”It’s even more inconvenient for the disabled and visually-impaired.I’d like to hear your response here so that other customers can be made aware, please,
