Extremely poor service, inedible food, rude staff who seem to think it's acceptable to call a customer Bro and over one and half hours late for delivery. When you call and ask to speak to the manager or owner, they just hang up on you or lie. No chance of a refund, and as you can see by the picture, that's what they try to pass as an onion bhaji. The small amount of main course food tried was bland and re-heated in a rush by microwave I would guess. I was a regular here, never again.

I've never eaten at the restaurant but I made several orders over the last few months. My husband is Indian (I am not) so this review is for both is us.This food is really, really worth the price. Trust me, I've eaten from a lot of Indian restaurants and this is closest to the authentic it can get but isn't overly spicy (it's very difficult to achieve!).Great selection, reasonable price and they always add a salad, mint sauce, papadom and a veg curry for free - they care for their customers. So far, my 'go to' place if I crave Indian food.

Order here for the first time and was impressed how nice it was, when i get curry from elsewhere there's usually loads oil flowing on top of curry where here at Bayleaf there's none at all and tasted great and good amount of meat in the dish as well.

Ordered from here- food took over an 1 hour and 40 minutes! Constantly being told “just 20 minutes”. The food arrived hot but completely inedible- clearly had been reheated in a microwave before being sent out due to long wait. Also had the incorrect naan bread and wrong rice delivered and when rung up to complain told if wanted correct ones I would have to pay again! Even though over the phone he admitted that I had been given the wrong ones
