The restaurant itself is a dump and the staff are swanning around like they’re on holiday. Service extremely slow. The exact opposite of “fast food”.Don’t waste your money or time.They should be embarrassed.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 x whopper meals, and it wasn't even busy. Plenty of staff on shift but slow and inaficient. When the food did come the portions were small and the burgers were cold.The manager needs to go back to BMT school and learn how to efficiently run their staffThis is the worst burger king I've ever had the displeasure of visiting

burgers cold, chips cold, coffee terrible. Long wait time, restaurant not clean neither were the toilets. from a visitor from australia- very disappointed.

Food took forever. Staff clearly incapable of their jobs and watched 4 other people given wrong orders and complain before ours. Our order had the vegan nuggets missing so I asked straight away. Was given a bag of 6 nuggets with a V on the bag. I ate one of them to find out these were not vegan. I am very intolerant to meat and was poorly. Also was only given 4 onion rings instead of 6. Will be attempting to take this further.

The restaurant was very dirty, with rubbish all over the empty tables. Our order did not come up on the waiting screen, so I went to the counter to check they had the order through. The scruffy staff, didn’t appear to bothered by my query. Eventually (30 minutes later….!!!!), the “fast food” arrived. Horrendous service, the staff clearly had no idea what they were doing. In the time I was there, they managed to get food to a grand total of 3 people….there were many waiting….POOR.Definitely stay on the M1, and get off at Newport Pagnell services.

It took them half an hour just to give me a chicken royal meal. Also when I ordered a chocolate milkshake they gave me a vanilla one. Further more for the loaded fries the did not give me any forks and said they had non. No forks at a fast food place.

I know crack-heads that spend less on their drugs. Your burgers better be laced with something for that price! £9+ for a whopper meal! Get real, you're Burger King not Gordan Ramsey's kitchen!

I had to wait 15 minutes for a whopper meal. So much for fast food. Then when it arrived it was lukewarm. Inside the Burger King restaurant was also freezing. Wish I had gone to one of the other places

Fifthly and freezing cold. Incompetent staff getting several peoples orders wrong several times including mine.Staff think a vanilla milkshake is a chocolate milkshake just because they pushed the 'chocolate' button. Even though it was clear that the chocolate had run out and the milkshake was white, not brown.

Service awful. The girl taking the order, obviously not happy in her work. My partner asked another for salt and he just threw it on the counter. Who trains and manages these staff members. It's just a burger meal on our travels. It should have an element of pleasantness.

Very slow self ordering machines. Slow service and food is like warm at best. Why leave one person serving on the front? Not fair on the staff and leaves massive ques putting the staff under stain. Place is dark and dingy, Aircon is ice cold making the place freezing and also not clean with rubbish laying around. Burger king sort it out ??‍♂️

Absolutely terrible and rude service on the evening 09/12/23. 4 orders ahead of me in the queue and it still took over 20 minutes to receive the food and it was only 2 meals, however after realising the 2 servers were watching something on the phone whilst serving it made more sense why it took so long.Out of the 4 orders ahead I saw 3 people return, wasn’t sure why at the time but now I do.When we got back to the car my large Fanta was only half filled, 1 bag of chips were missing and the Smokey Chicken legend was not “crispy” but instead soggy and cold.

At this Burgerking, the service is really slow, mostly down to the fact, there was only one guy serving. The burgers were good, alas the fries were not, and the coffee was not very good.
