2 previous orders have taken over 1hr 30mins to be delivered with the excuse of they are busy. Ordered an hour and half ago tonight, a wednesday evening so shouldnt be too "busy" and here we are still waiting. Lots of the reviews are stating that the wait time is a joke, you are either very understaffed or just rediculously slow!!

Not sure whether you can tell from the coal pictures but I ordered chicken wings and they came cold and burnt to a crisp.

Ordered 3 meals . 1 xl pizza, 1 small pizza and 1 chicken filet burger meal . Came to 38.38. That's 40 quid for 3 items ! Called up questioned this . Apparently calling up and ordering is different pricing to their online prices ???!!! Yet there is absolutely no transparency of this anywhere on their website or Facebook! Don't get conned like I did also a 2 hour wait for 2 pizzas and a side ??? Disgusting!

Food was just terrible, it was like chewing on tough, flavourless cardboard. There was next to no cheese and the pepperoni was like rubber.Avoid at all costs.

Regularly order from here and i find all the food is nice and also good value from the pizza to the fried chicken and doner kebabs . Nice guys too.
I ordered the mixed munch box to be honest the only thing that’s was nice to eat was the burger It comes with chips, burger, chicken strips onion rings, donor meat and a pizza The chips soggy Onion rings soggy and cold Pizza stone cold Chicken very oily Donor meat so so under cooked it nearly walked out the box Burger hot lovely taste I did a over the phone order and said I will be paying cash on delivery They said 30 mins for delivery The order delivery came a hour and 15 mins later Called the shop and just got told it’s on its way 5 mins which it then arrive 32 mins after my call Hence why it was all cold and soggy it was sat in a car for god know how long I handed over the cash and was due £9 change which the driver didn’t have He then said he will take it if my next order which I replied with I said I had cash why have you no change I said don’t want it off my next order So rather than let me off £1 he took my money and said he would be back later and a hour later writhing Theo’s review am still waiting called the shop to be told they are very busy

Under cooked pizza dough just spoiled it all. This type of pizza outlets could enrage Italians. Though, there are fast food places and everything is prepared with minimum cooking skills yet there shoud be some basic training and hygiene standards adhered to least minimum acceptance level.
