Food is getting worse with hairs in the slices and coffee not very hot.. some staff are not very polite..Vegetarian options: Only have a couple of items for vegetarians.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! An ‘employee’ named Maddison was completely out of line and rude. She barely seemed to pay attention to her job, was rude to me throughout the entire ordeal and then over charged me! I’m a regular customer at this location and I’ve never been treated so poorly, I will not be returning here again, especially with this Maddison working there.

Disgraceful staff! Today I ordered a bean, sausage and cheese melt and it was cold in the middle (clearly not cooked fully) I went back to complain and was bombarded by multiple staff saying I had replaced it with one from Asda and thats why it was cold. After another customer stepped in to support me in saying I had left the shop then walked back in after taking a bite I was refused any refund, alternative food item or compensation! Just told to complain to head office about their cook times being not sufficient. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the staff here.

Greggs is alright they have good offers on meal deals including breakfast baps and I like the vegan sausage bap since there is no halal option. Cheese and onion, vegetable bake are my favourite.
