Ordered a delivery through the KFC app, for 3 meals a wrap, 2 hot wings and some coleslaw. It has to be said this is the worst KFC in the area by a long chalk. Anything wrong with the food? No other than stone cold. But when delivered none of the drinks I paid extra for (juice), and missing the coleslaw which I paid for. I'm sick of it, as they seldom get an order correct which I assume is because the staff and management don't care.

I went to the store and I bought for take away a fillet burger meal and 6 pcs bucket, I waited more than 20 minutes and when I wanted to eat the fries was cold and the burger so spicy.I definitely do not recommend! ?

First time in my life I got a spoiled burger from kfc (fungus). A guy named Aadil,Manager arguing with me when I showed him this green patches on the bun saying this is something gotten to the bun while handling it?. They refused to admit the mistake.Really annoyed and surprised

Ordered through UberEats. One boneless box fully missing and three vegan burgers arrived still FROZEN in the middle. Cans of drink were warm and bloated (literally about to explode). Not particularly great for a service of convenience. Unable to phone the restaurant to complain (it was never answered) but definitely needs to be spoken about. Don't waste your money.

It took several attempts to actually order. My burger was dry and the chicken fillet was tough though it had been sitting around fora while. Ordered 2x chicken thighs but received 1x thigh and 1x breast. Ordered diet coke and was given pepsi and not offered any alternative to diet coke. Poor show KFC

I ordered 2 meal boxes, zinger tower with 1pc chicken, and trilogy box. In zinger tower , there was no 1pc chicken and in trilogy box I did not receive small popcorn, sauce and fillet. The fries were disgusting, not cooked properly. The burgers chicken fillet was also disgusting, it tasted old , the food was very cold too. I often order from kfc on high street, but now I won’t be. Quality of the food was bad. I got refunded £3.15 .
