Absolutely abysmal service as of late, one of the drivers has apparently broken down and they are the ONLY driver available. That, or "According to the system your address is wrong so we'll have to assign your order to ubereats and have it arrive at 4pm."When I ordered the pizza at 2pm.What a joke.

Got there an hour before closing and was told they had no other pizza apart from deep pan. He obviously just didn't want to waste his time. Pizza was undercooked and looked like a knock off version of a pizza hut pizza. Rubbish food won't be going to that store

Pizza arrived late, was burnt when it was cooked, arrived cold though. Cold greasy burnt pizza. Rang the shop, wish I hadn't, didn't fancy the 45 minute wait quoted for another one. Never again.

I ordered for delivery and the driver just called me on my phone from outside my building and told me to come downstairs and get my order from him. He said he wasn't able to call my flat number on the entryphone system but wouldn't say why (it's not broken, and I can't open the door system until someone dials the entryphone). I told him to dial my door number and come up, but he refused. When I asked why not he said he couldn't come in the building and that I had to come down to him to get my order. I explained that I'm disabled and live on the third floor, there's no lift, and I need my husband to assist me down the stairs, but he is at work. Besides "delivered to my door" means just that. When I said this the driver complained and said I should have put on my order that I was disabled. What on earth?? What difference does that make, and how/when does the online order form ask customers to say they are disabled?? Why would that matter? He then had the nerve to say he could leave it on the ground outside. I was appalled at being spoken to like that and discriminated against, and I angrily told him to leave. I am never ever going to order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Very happy with this Pizza Hut they are always quite prompt and pizza is really good. Great to have the options of less cheese and being only able to have gluten free their pizza is really good. Had one slight issue once (after many other good experiences) and they were really good at resolving it.Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free.
