Nice shop idea yet the fiction doesn't match the reality. I was quoted 5 different opening times & days by various outlets.I eventually located the business & was swiftly told, we're not taking customers much as we're doing a refurbishment. OK, I thought to myself, but you've not mentioned it on the shop front or even their website. Sugar Rushed is in a prime location in a growing town.From what, I could see, there was no public access toilets near by & my bowel condition decided it was gonna have a field day. Not ideal, as I was in a town with limited resources available to me.The restaurant has many dessert offerings, yet worryingly there's a lot off usage off nut based items, which is a no go for me, due to a series off allergies & intolerances.I might revisit in the future, whether they are open or not, is yet to be seen.BTW, I tried their ? rainbow slice cake ? & it didn't wow me much. It's ok, but could be a bigger slice & cheaper, if I had my way.

i payed £5 for a regular tango ice blast when on their website it’s £3.95 and when i asked them why did i pay £5 they said it’s because that’s the old menu the man had awful behaviour rolling his eyes and being completely disrespectful. i wish i could give 0 stars. they don’t wipe the tables awful.

Honestly u better buy ur dessert from the supermarket. They called me to say their waffle machine was broken, they offered me crepes for a discount but I was still charged full price. The crepes was like cardboard, the doughnut was dripping oil. The crepes didn’t come with cream or gelato when I called at first they said it comes without then when I reminded them that their website says otherwise then they acknowledge their mistake but they told me I had to come collect it myself. When I called again to ask about the discount they never picked up my call the entire evening. My advice if u live in dunstable order from cookies and creams instead they are 10x better

Deliver driver was lovely, however food was frozen missing white chocolate sauce on waffle and ice cream on both waffles. wasn’t nice at all! :(

We had a mix kinder cookie dough and a Terry's chocolate orange shake...OMG, both desserts were delicious! Cookie dough was lovely and warm. We'll definitely be back!

Ordered desserts from there today, one of them - the chocolate tart was COVERED in mould (difficult to do on chocolate unless neglected or contaminated), they didn't bother to check the plastic tubs before they sent it to me. It was absolutely disgusting. I left a review on Just-Eat - the written part of my review has suspiciously disappeared from the full review (I wonder if this is Just-Eat or the restaurants choice) I wanted a full refund but could only get a refund for the desserts and not the £5 delivery. Clearly the food standards and practices here need reviewing ASAP.

Very terrible service. Apple crumble is supermarket bought- would have to heat and cook it yourself. The Peanut stack was stale and hard not edible at all. The cookie dough was stiff with toffee melted on the side of cardboard. The falooda was just vanilla ice cream and a note to say they were out. The custard was also out so was offered whipped cream as alternative. Called manager who found it funny and refused to help. Wasted £44. Please do not order!
The worst dessert shop I have ever ordered from. Ordered an apple crumble with custard, got given an Aldi store bought one with no custard. The peanut stack was just inedible. The falooda was just ice cream. The customer service was absolutely atrocious and did not offer any help or solution whatsoever. Never order from here!

The apple crumble came in a packet straight from the shelf, it was not made by the shop. I paid for custard, however a cup of ice cream was sent “in replacement, on the house” however no refund was given. The “falooda” was just ice cream with some sauce, nothing of which falooda consists of. The toffee cookie dough had no toffee syrup and was rock solid. The peanut stack was stale and not edible. We then rang for a refund, and the “manager” was taking this as a joke and refusing to give a refund aswell as his name. He claimed his name was “xyz” and started laughing after which is disrespectful. Overall, absolutely disgusting food as well as service.

Second of all the falooda was ice cream and cream. Manager on the phone was rude and said no refunds the items are ours. Never order again as a lot of reviews are the same

I ordered many things and none of the items were as stated. I asked for custard and did not recieve it. I asked for cookie dough and was sent a rock hard cookie dough. I asked for falooda and was sent ice cream. At any time they could have called and notified me of the items they did not have but instead sent me a load of rubbish. Poor customer service and a very rude manager. No refund given.

Filled both my £6 slush half way. Need I say more? Crepe tasted like cardboard and kinder bueno topping gone stale. Have contacted just eat for refund.
