Can be great, often is lacklustre. I've had good coffee here and some really spot on bits of food or baked goods. However at times it is very hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee is downright poor and the hot food is similar. Quality control and consistency of some products is not great. Donuts and baked goods are more reliable, but on occasion even the boxes of Timbits seemed to have been made up for hours and have begun to become stale. Unfortunately the service (especially drive-thru) is very hit or miss too.

This Tim Hortons comes as a pleasant surprise on the services near Milton Keynes. It brings the ambience of the Canadian chain to a short drive away from the motorway. The coffee itself was pleasant. Didn't get a chance to try their doughnuts, maybe next time!!

A staple for drive thru coffees, took the family there for lunch on Sunday. Something for everyone and meal deals for £4.99 which is a bargain. The Strawberry Lemonade Cooler will be one of my go to's this summer. Yummy food, yummy prices, nothing to dislike at all.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options including kids meals. What kid doesn't like a doughnut?!

I won't be using Tim Hortons again, as they have decided to go cashless! This is blatant discrimination towards people who don't have a bank account of any sort, ie, young teens, the homeless, etc. We must never become a society that doesn't accept cash.

No attentive staff. All were busy inside, and there was no one on the counter for at least 10 mins. Frappe, Strawberry and cream waste. Smells like nail polish and no cream. Had to go and get whip cream on it , but it still tastes no good. Tables not cleaned.
