Domino's Pizza - Flitwick

My partner and I order from here often.
The food always arrives hot, and made with care. Delivery staff are always friendly. We really enjoy this particular Dominoes restaurant!

The delivery driver urinated outside my house and I hadn’t even ordered. He was dropping 3 doors down and blocked my disabled access and when I told home he waved me off. I went to put some shoes on to have a polite conversation about his gestures and I discovered him urinating at the end of my garden, he quickly got in the car and drove off as o approached. I told the branch and they denied it (I have a ring door bell.) they also then sent me some horrendously worded emails from “head office” asking to check all evidence I had of this in some last ditch attempt to find flaw in my statements. Alas it has come to them refusing an apology and therefore forcing my hand to have to escalate this to the correct people as urinating outside of a disabled persons house after blocking their access may seem like a skit from a comedy show but there was no humour here and his actions have disgusted the community and the way the branch handled the complaint was like bratty children getting caught being wrong, hanging up the phone time and time again rather than deal with appalling staff. What a joke ,

Give pizza away to someone else then tried to say I didn’t order it

Someone walked in ahead of me and stole my pizza. The store displays names of the pizzas ready to collect on a screen, but doesn’t verify them when people come in. So someone just walked in and said a name they saw on the screen and dominos have them x2 peoples orders! Staff were apologetic, but there’s got to be a better system. Pizzas were good

Have to say every time I’ve had a pizza from there has been good. They have done what I have asked half and half. My partner lives in another town and he refuses to eat pizza from his local domino

God made pizzas so that humans can have a good time eating it. This place is the exact opposite.

I never see any Dominos like that

I would give No Stars to this terrible Dominoes delivery company if I could ! On several occasions they cannot find our house despite directions being given , mobile phone contact and myself standing like an idiot in the road to wave them down . When you ring the shop , there’s complete confusion, no apologies and no help . Pizza arrives eventually usually cold . I’ve given up .

We ordered a Tandoori hot and got an American Hot. If that was not bad enough it was no better than a pizza you would get from the supermarket. We have had better cheese on toast !! Awful !!!

Standard Dominos store I guess. Pizza was nice and service with a smile.

NO STAR. Apparently, the customer should know all the details of what crust before and they will not ask anything as confirmed by their manager. Also they outright denied there is no such thing as Tuesday collection deals.

Food was of average standard but was horrified to see that staff do not wear gloves in the preparation of the food

Was woken up by a delivery driver telling me I'd ordered whatever he was carrying, then tell me I'm in the wrong address, then just walk off with no apology or anything like that.
