The customer service in the store is horrendous! I understand they are busy, but the staff should at least have the courtesy to greet people properly - a simple "hi" would suffice! The staff always appear to be hard working, so it's a shame they let themselves down in this manner. Every delivery driver I have encountered is the complete opposite, they are always very friendly and polite.The pizzas are consistently well made and the turnaround is very quick for collection, even during peak times. I would never order from Domino's if I had to pay the full price, most large pizzas are £24! Fortunately, there are always plenty of deals and discount codes on their own website/app.If it wasn't for the abysmal service in the store, I would rate this store 4 or 5 stars!

Food was stone cold. Management at Flitwick Store is horrific the manger and assisted manger should really not be in charge as they are extremely unprofessional and rude.I would highly recommend getting a pizza from tesco. Stop funding these idiots so HQ can actually sort their managers out as back in the day domino's had great polite staff and incredible food.

Large Pizza £11.99 and Garlic Bread/Pizza £5.99. Pretty expensive for an average collection for 2.Pizza was Ok, Garlic Bread/Pizza was pretty poor.Searched for a special offer online but all very confusing and don’t look like genuine deals / offers.

No point ordering extra of any ingredient because they don’t bother adding it to your pizza. Happens every time we go there recently and tonight someone stood there straight faced and lied to my face that I had an extra portion on the pizza I ordered. Order from there a lot and won’t be going back

Didn't come sealed and looks like it's been cut really weird missing a section of crustIv had 3 slices and it's undercooked and I now feel very illIt's extremely oily and not cooked properlyAnd this has only happened at this storeI ordered one in harrow the other week and it was lovelyBut flitwick always ruins it up somehow

Ordered online which was so easy! It has been a long time since I last had so i ordered 2 small pizza's 1 tandoori hot and 1 American hot and both were very tasty

I made my order last night and it was all cold, I called up and the manager said he would call back but nothing, I have called again tonight and they said nothing they can do about it they are to busy and was very rude. Shocking service!!!!!!!

Shocking service, food, everytime I order for delivery the quality, is poor standard. How they think it’s acceptable to smother burger sauce that you can’t see the toppings on the pizza! is not good brand standard I don’t know. Got a meal deal voucher as complained yet again, went in store and around 12 staff just stared at me, I stood there even though I asked to be served for 10 minutes while some where having a conversation between themselves and was flabbergasted. the two males and female doing the dough were each wiping the nose, touching the hair and then the dough. finally a young female with blonde asked if I have been served. She got the manager as the till wasn’t working, Donul? I believe his name is spelt and no acknowledgement, no sorry for the wait, A further 10 minutes. So 20 minutes and still haven’t even ordered a pizza. I asked for ham and pineapple without mushrooms, and other half pepperoni, and strippers combo. Came home as my toddler needed a toilet by then. Mushrooms on the pizza, not Italian base and rock hard chicken. absolutely shocking!

Nothing against the local shop staff or hygiene but the pizza is absolutely dire....cardboard is cheaper, more nutritious and better tasting. Dominos used to be good but with the wood fired pizza now available they are seriously behind the game. They have obviously changed dough recipes to be healthier, now that they have to show the nutritional info. I wouldn't even include them as an option and would choose toast instead.
