Wembley Stadium street shop,all barista are lost,they have ZERO connection with customers request.they even don't ask whether you will have your coffee there or take away.One guy around without uniform and hustling you all the time.I leave my coffee half and left the shop

I am a costa club member , I have lost Points with this new point system !! Could someone please tell me how I can get my free drinks without a smart phone, It seems I am the only member in the world without a smart phone.

Got ripped off today... cheap trick.... Was asked if smooth or bitter no mention of money charged £3.30 for a medium latte which should have been £2.75 only 40p\\nTasted no difference..... how many 40p are they making in a day??? Rip off

Thank you to the lady and gentleman at Dargate services on the Thanet Way in Kent Costa Coffee on duty on the early evening of 11th May 2021. So kind when I had had to have my car towed away after breakdown. So sympathetic and obliging. I am very grateful for their kindness. Often people only bother to review when their service was poor. I hope Costa appreciate and acknowledge these two wonderful people who went above and beyond on this day. I really hope they get to know that it was greatly appreciated!!

My 82 year old father, who confidently has had both his covid vaccinations, was refused entry into costa in Timperley, Trafford. As he did not have a smart phone to scan the QR code for track and trace, so my poor dad had to purchases his coffee and drink it outside, in the cold blustery weather. The staff were so rude. You would think a large conglomerate like Costa, would invest in training their staff in customer service. Shame on you Costa

i had reason to call head office and speak to their HR section,after my partner was ill informed,by the stand in manager within the store,as to company sickness policy,,,sandra in this section of the company was polite,,courteous, and above all knew what she was talking about...well done for getting the right staff in the right place and staff that know their job,just a shame that some other staff do not know company policy.and even with a title of manager,do not know how to manage ,,,well done sandra in HR

complained to costa about my recent visit to praed street branch . It's been more than 20 days but no response. Area manager is not interested and left reply she is on holidays. I assume costa has only 1 area manager to deal with all the branch in london. Poor customer service, rude staff .
