Blue Ginger had always been a favourite of myself and my late husband. Unfortunately Covid has turned this vibrant restaurant into a takeaway service only.Ordered for family who visited and a lovely treat to the end of a lovely week.The food has not lost its superb flavour and quality. I’ve been living in Kempston for nearly 6 years now and have used Blue Ginger regularly in all that time. New Year’s Eve we ordered food via their own website, the money left my daughters account and the restaurant refused to honour the order, ask what the order was, ask if we were loyal customers? Nothing! They could not care less! My daughter was told to ring back at a less busy time which she did, the blue ginger employee told my daughter he did not have the time to deal with her issue and if she was worried about her £50 she should have been in contact earlier! As it worked out the bank did not honour the payment… result! As of this experience I will never use Blue Ginger again. I recommend Coriander in town, they at least give you a vegetable curry with your biryanis!

A truly beautiful meal - My partner and I ordered in, but as I have coeliac disease (gluten-free) I had to give the restaurant a quick call to see what to avoid. The customer service over the phone was stellar, as the gentleman was patient and informative. The time given for prep and delivery was accurate. The delivery man was friendly. The food arrived hot, and was truly delicious! I’d highly recommend to anyone

Had our first takeaway tonight. Process of ordering was easy. I liked that gluten was clearly marked on the dishes so I knew what I could have without worry. Delivery was quick and food was hot on arrival. We had especially enjoyed the Chicken Makhany and Chicken Shahi Mogul and dessert of Gajar Ka Halw. Husband happy has he has the leftovers for his packed lunch tomorrow. Definitely recommend.
