Amazing location on the shores of a lake. Fantastic food, full of flavours and textures and presented in a “fine dining” context. Good level of friendly service, perhaps one more server would not go amiss when the place is busy.

Had a very enjoyable meal as a group of eight with friends we hadn't seen for quite a while. We had a good large table with plenty of room (especially elbows) and were served at the same time. My Pork Belly was especially good and all of the guests commented on how good their meals were. Highly recommended.Parking: Plenty of parking but the road surface is quite uneven with a lot of puddles in wet weather.

Lovely setting, staff very helpful most of the food was good but the portions of fried fish had far too much thick batter and it would have been nice if the fish pie had more fish in it. Desserts were very much enjoyed.

We visit regularly for Sunday lunch and last Sunday was again absolutely superb. It’s the best Sunday roast in the area. The setting, food and service is second to none.
