Shop closes at 530pm went in at 520pm and told it shuts at 5pm, not what it states on their website very poor response to me when I went in and challenged why I couldn't get served

Not the best Costa in the area. Service is okay, however, the woman (manager maybe) can come across as very stand offish. The Atmosphere quite loud.

You never have any gluten free food in any of your stores which in this day and age is ridiculous. People with intolerances get hungry to you know and a packet of crisps or a flapjack isn't the answer!

Lovely place to meet up and have a catch up BUT it’s always very loud. Don’t let that put you off.

Staff are polite, and do a great job. They always look rushed off there feet, and there doesn't seem to be enough staff for the place. The girls/ladies have great knowledge on their drinks and food, the place is nearly always tidy and inviting. I hope these workers get a good Christmas bonus or at least recognised for their hard work!
