Met a friend for a quick catch up and enjoyed a lovely Chocolate Orange Muffin. queue was medium with an average wait time. cafe was fairly busy but we found a clean table for two. Plenty of free parking and lots of shops to look around on

Dont go here if you want to relax and enjoy a drink and food. There's a tiny!!!!! cark park sign saying 2hrs. It has 3 other businesses on the car park and most of these car parks are 3hrs. BEWARE!!!!!! I got a £60 fine and if I wanted to appeal it went up to £100!!!!!! WATCH OUT!!!!!!!

This is without a doubt the most unhygienic restaurant I have ever set foot in. I have tried to notify them as I don't like public complaints before contacting someone directly but the form does not work.

The staff should get improved, Jasmine was just starring at me at the till and waiting for me to tell her what I want to order making me feel like I owed her something,there was just one lady preparing everything and with a very long queu. I was shocked.

I visited Costa yesterday to be served by a rather abrupt older lady. She was quite short with me and the other staff and left me feeling very uncomfortable, she left to go outside to vape! I won’t be visiting this Costa again!!

So after trying all the costas in Bedford this one is my favourite purely for one member of staff her name is Chantel and in over a year has never made a bad coffee always is friendly even if she’s working alone and it’s busy and I’m really greatful for this diamond of a coffee maker , how she isn’t a manager shocks me she would be wonderful your missing out Costa this girl really represents your shop awesomely you should consider elevating her up , 5 stars To summarise my review ….give Chantel a raise at least if not a manager position ❤️

tables not cleaned and cleared. Staff not attentive. That's just when you can actually find them open. Over the last couple of months numerous times found a hand written note on the door to inform of early closure or limited products available. Just tried today to get a drive through only to find they now close at 17.30. What is the point of that if you work! I look forward to my end of day coconut capp. after a hard day at work

Very disappointed with overall cleanliness of this drive thru building . Had coffee inside here , waited more than a exceptable time period for drinks , staff busy attending drive thru customers . When coffee did arrive , girl who walked from drive thru side with my coffee, had a finger inside my cup , then placed on a prepared saucer, there was surplus crumbs all over chair at the only vacant place, which I had to brush off .Issues in left hand side toilet, some person , guess a man had urinated on floor , water tap sensor not working properly had to use loo paper to wipe surplus soap off hands .Overall this Costa needs to be managed better.Went to other Costa in retail area and had a totally better experience , staff smiled and served customers far better , I can say that drive thru Costa is under allot of service pressure that needs addressing in several areas

Went in on the 11/11/22 to try out the Christmas coffees because I have always enjoyed them. I purchased a Christmas Toblerone Latte, the quality of product was so poor, I have had better coffeees at a BP or McDonald's and they're not even baristas!. Plus the customer service of a worker called Jo, was awful. Can't see me returning anytime soon.
