UpdateWell went back today just to grab a hot chocolate and an ice cream. Even placed the order on the app to speed things up. Must've spent 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting on the order ahead. Not sure why we all had to wait for one persons order when every other McDonald's will park the car to the side and get on with serving other customers. Staff were busy chatting away and when we eventually got to the window they gave us the wrong order. Only good thing was that the ice cream hadn't melted and the drink was still hot.Review from 5 years ago.Pretty poor performance even by McDonalds standards. Long wait time, partial orders sent out and food quality not great. I'm sure this was one of the better ones previously but sadly not a great experience this time round.

Ordered by McDonald app delivery. Missing fries from every meal we ordered. Trying to contact the restaurant but nobody will answer the phone. Can’t get refund from McDonald

What can I say about this McDonald’s apart from its disgustingly dirty, staff have no knowledge or worse care about the menu, absolutely no care, orders always seem to be wrong or cold and it’s now the 5th visit that’s enough chances. I’ve always raised all the issues and still they remain I don’t expect a lot from a fast food chain but I equally don’t expect to feel more annoyed when I leave due to negligence than when I arrived.

Second time I didn't receive some part of my order and food was not prepared like normal I have to microwave to get eat

Just waited 2.5 hours for food delivery. waited up late and then called restaurant after two hours to find out where it is. Guy said delivery won’t come now, no driver was assigned in time. Could have at least reached out to let me know.

The food was tasty. It was prepared quicker enough given the fact that there were so many people on a Saturday afternoon. The only disappointment was the lack of milkshakes, which I can say lately became a tendency in the area in all McDonald's restaurants. Overall - a pleasant visit with a tasty food.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is easily accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

Poor service. Ordered through Deliveroo app for McDonald's. Food arrived cold and had my 10y/o daughters meal missing. Called the restaurant and they simply passed the buck. Speak to Deliveroo. Why would I speak to them when you pack the bags or not in this case. The driver doesn't pack the food into bags for delivery. Got a refund from Deliveroo but absolutely disgusted with the lack of service from the store. Totally unwilling to accommodate after they have messed up.

Literally every time I've had a delivery order from this place they get something wrong. Missing burgers, missing fries, missing dips (Imagine getting chicken selects with no dip!) Don't get delivery from here, they're entirely incompetent at it.
