Customer service is rude using phone while serving customerI ask a question did you scan loyalty card guys name (jesy)answering me very rudely no why should I scan you loyalty card ..which is shocked me ? am regular on this sideAfter I paid I came to my car he came out telling me moved I Block customer so question is who am I?

1st issue with this petrol station is the person behind the till was too busy to press the button on the till to release fuel I tried 3 times but he was not interested so I decided to come in to the shop area and tell him and he said I did not know ? I then said ok I will now leave the fuel and just get a coffee .. this coffee (costa ) tasted the worst Costa coffee I ever had I do no think the machine was maintained or the milk was changed . Very disappointed morning ( large coffee was not even a large ;-) )

This Shell is most worst Shell I have visited. All the time Service assistance is busy with mobile phone. I have visited this Shell many time and saw all the service assistants use phone on till. No greeting as well..

Terrible service. The guy who served me was a horrible smug guy who treated me like dirt when I was having trouble with my company’s fuel card. I was trying to get help for the office the employee/owner of the garage just treated me like I was trying to steal fuel. The guy needs to get a different job where he doesn’t get to deal with members of the public.

First come first serve doesn’t mean anything to the staff here. I was stood for a good few minutes when they had issues with the label printing machine, but the lady knew I had labels on one of my parcels as she asked. I then said to her can I send the one that I don’t have a label off and for I’ll come back for the one that doesn’t and she said yes but she continues to go and serve the person that just walked in, so I walked out. So rude.

Avoid at all costs. Shell, please remove this from being listed as an Evri parcel location. The staff member was rude, turned us away despite having purchased petrol specifically to try and ensure we kept the staff happy. I can see this has happened to many others - please can some customer service training for your staff be arranged? We will not be purchasing petrol from Shell again.

Rude service. Wouldn’t accept Evri parcel, rude and laughed at me, clearly didn’t want to do their job even though I’d paid for the label. Can highly recommend One Stop, much nicer service.

Do not return Amazon packages here. In the past I have returned here and it was okay, although the person behind the counter were a little confused about the process. This time, I needed to return something and had a terrible experience. Amazon clearly states that it is a 'packageless return' but the man behind the counter told us to go back and use packaging to stick on the label because he said it wouldn't scan otherwise. I know this is incorrect as I've returned a similar sized item before. Anyways, despite coming back with an envelope and the return labelled sticked on, we were now refused as they said their packages were piling up. Just awful service.
