Again, I've not got a clue as to why there's an abundance of negative reviews here. As someone who frequently uses this branch of Subway, and have done consistently for the five years that I've lived in Kempston, I can confirm that I've never once had an issue with the temperature of the food, the wait times or the level of customer service. In fact, the customer service recently has been very good, the poor girl at the till had a very sore throat and could barely speak a word, but was determined to soldier on and took it all in good humour. The buffalo chicken sub tastes amazing with the new blue cheese sauce, by the way!There must be some very unlucky people out and about leaving negative reviews, because I've yet to experience a bad Subway ?♂️Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available.Kid-friendliness: There should be a sub combination to suit most children. Fruit juices, branded soft drinks and cookies always available.Parking: Parking immediately outside and to either side of the other shops.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, wheelchair should be able to get through as long as someone holds the door open.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options available. Very disappointed. Italian cheese and herb bread was very hard and almost impossible to cut into. When we did it broke into pieces because it was so dry. Maybe toasted for too long??? Couldn’t eat it.Meatless meatballs were like bullets. They had obviously been sitting around/or toasted for too long??? Very difficult to cut and very dry. Couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing experience
